Registration and Login

Connect attendees will have unlimited access to all sessions, sponsor information, networking and live chat features from Tuesday, November 2 to Thursday, November 4, 2021. The ticket price for Connect 2021 is $149. From Friday, November 5, 2021 through Tuesday, November 20, 2021, registered attendees will have access to sessions and sponsor information.


All Stibo Systems’ customers, prospective customers, partners and sponsors can attend the virtual Connect conference.

Before the conference opens, we’ll send you a direct link with instructions on how to access the virtual platform. During the conference, you can watch as many sessions as you wish at a time that’s most convenient for you, as well as interact with attendees, Stibo Systems’ experts, speakers and sponsors. 

Please check your spam/junk folders as sometimes emails can end up there. If you still do not see the confirmation email, please contact us at connect@stibosystems.com.

All registrations purchased for the conference are nonrefundable. Please note that nonattendance will not be refunded for any reason. 

Name changes can be made free of charge up to one week before the start of the online conference. Any name change requests should be submitted directly to connect@stibosystems.com.

Yes. Event access is for registered users only. If you need to register, please visit this link this link after registration opens on September 15.

If you registered for the event this year, you would have set a password during that process. If you have forgotten your password, you'll need to reset it. To do this, click “Lost your password?” and enter the email address you used to register to have a password reset link emailed to you.

If you get an error that your email or username is invalid, you'll want to be sure you're using the same email address you used to register. If there was an error with your email at registration, it will carry over to the Virtual Platform.

There are two ways to update your password:

  1. Go to your Account > Account Profile and enter your new password in the Password field. Enter it again in the Repeat Password field. Click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
  2. On the login screen, you can click “Lost your password?” and you’ll be instructed to enter the email associated with your account to be emailed a password reset link.

The full profile will include all fields in your Account Profile, including email address.

Sessions and Videos

Because Connect is a global conference, sessions can be viewed at any time of day, starting at 8 am Australian Eastern Standard Time on November 2, 2021, until 8 pm Hawaii Standard Time on November 30, 2021.

First, check your internet connection to be sure it’s working and speed is normal. The minimum viable connection speed to stream the videos reliably is about 768 kilobits per second (equal to .768 megabits per second). We recommend a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second for an optimal experience with HD capability.

If your internet connection is working as normal, refresh the page and see if that resolves the issue. Check that you’re using one of the supported browsers, which includes the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge. Our videos should still play in many unsupported IE browsers, but may need a workaround if not working properly. You can email us at connect@stibosystems.com for help.

The videos aren’t available for download, but some of the presentations can be downloaded on the session’s page or on the Resources page.

When you view the list of sessions, you’ll notice they have a heart icon in the top right of the video thumbnail. Clicking this heart icon will save the session in your Account under Saved Sessions. To find your saved sessions, navigate to your Account > Saved Sessions.

Please remember, the platform will only be available during Connect so you will need to watch all sessions prior to November 4th.


Networking is a key part of any Stibo Systems event and Connect 2021 is no different. If you are in the CONNECTion lounge it could not be easier to engage in public or private chats with fellow attendees. With just a couple of clicks you can post on the Social Wall or send a message to another attendee. You can also network with sponsors by visiting their booths in the Sponsor Hall.

There are two ways to ask a question on the site during the event. Our Genius Bar is a live chat icon in the bottom right of every page. Click it to speak with one of our SMEs. If you want to ask a specific person a question and you have messages turned on, you can find them in the attendee list in the CONNECTion Lounge and send them a message or an email.

Each session contains links to the speaker’s page where you’ll find various ways to contact them through their Linkedin or Twitter profiles. You can also search the attendee list in the CONNECTion Lounge and filter by Speakers. Here you may find speakers have listed their email address or have included a link to send a message.

To turn off messages, go into your Account > Messages > Settings and uncheck the box to “Allow others to send me messages?”

To turn off email notifications for messages, go into your Account > Messages > Settings and uncheck the box to ”Email me when I get new messages? and “Email me when a new announcement is published?”

In order to message other attendees, you’ll need to enable messages in your profile. There are two ways to send a message:

  1. Go into your Account > Messages > New Message. In the TO: field you can start typing their name and if they have messages enabled, their name will show up.
  2. Go to the CONNECTion Lounge > View and Message Attendees to view the attendee list. Find the attendee you’re looking for by searching for their name or company in the search bar. If they have messages enabled, you will see a link to “Send Message.” Clicking that link will take you to a new message window in your Account Profile. If they do not have “Send Message” either they have not enabled messaging or you have not enabled messaging.

When you post a message on the Social Wall, it’s viewable by all event attendees. It’s a great way to let others know you’re at the event and to recommend your favorite session.

Yes! This year, we're continuing to provide access to sessions through November 30, 2021. In addition, some of the presentations are available as download links on the session’s page and on the Resources page.

For the best conference experience, we recommend viewing on a desktop computer. While the site will be viewable on phone, the experience will be more streamlined. There is not an app.
