As a result-oriented and involved leader, Jesper believes as much in people as he does in numbers. His philosophy is that a good leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. A philosophy he picked up years ago when he was a captain in the Danish army reserve. Jesper has more than 20 years of experience working with finance and IT for technology and manufacturing companies such as EG, Terma Elektronik and PwC.
