What is included in the conference ticket price?
Registration includes all educational sessions, networking receptions, meals and refreshments during the event.
Do you offer a refund policy?
All registrations purchased for the conference are nonrefundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person within your organization up to one week before the start of the conference. Any transfer requests must be submitted to connect@stibosystems.com.
Are there hotel blocks available for Connect?
Yes, Connect 2025 attendees are eligible for discounted group room rates at the InterContinental Berlin. Room reservations before and after the event are subject to hotel availability and may be charged at a different rate.
Am I responsible for booking my travel and hotel accommodation?
Yes, attendees are responsible for booking their own travel and hotel accommodation. To take advantage of the discounted room rate of €219.00 (plus taxes and fees), book your hotel room at the InterContinental Berlin ASAP before they sell out.
How do I get to the InterContinental Berlin from Berlin Brandenburg Airport?
Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is approximately 30 minutes away from the hotel. View the airport website for ground transportation options.
What are Genius Bar appointments and how do I book one?
Attendees can book a 30-minute Genius Bar appointment with on-site subject matter experts on a variety of topics. In the weeks leading up to the event, we will post a scheduling tool that will enable attendees to explore available topics and book an online appointment.
When should I arrive and depart from the event?
Connect 2025 kicks off at 3 pm on Monday, October 6, with inspiring keynotes and mainstage sessions, followed by the Welcome Reception. The event concludes on Wednesday, October 8, following the Customer Awards ceremony at 3 pm.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the event is business casual. We suggest layers due to weather fluctuations.
